Description
Saenome are charged with sealing spirits that have possession of objects that can be a danger to society. Also known as tsukumogami. spirits are usually non-violent and saenome typically seal them following a straightforward spoken exchange. After a tragic encounter with a demon, Hyouma Kunato refuses to engage in peaceful ways and plunges into physical battles with every tsukumogami who cross paths with him. Confronting this as unacceptable for a clan leader to be Hyouma’s grandpa, Zouhei suggests to him that he move in with Botan Nagatsuki Botan Nagatsuki, a young woman whose clan is comprised of six tsukumogami, in order to avoid being banned from the clan. In search of the spirit responsible for taking everything from Hyouma, Hyouma reluctantly accepts Zouhei’s suggestion. As mysterious entities of evil spirits start to threaten the harmony between the two worlds the young man has to earn the confidence of Botan and overcome his resentment of her family.
